Virginia Couple Was Charged With Second-Degree Murder for Killing a Man Using a Frying Pan an Baseball Bat

Police authorities arrested a couple in Virginia and charged them with second-degree murder for fatally killing a man using a frying pan and a baseball bat.

Virginia Couple Killed a Man Using a Frying Pan and Baseball Bat

Virginia couple identified as James Lynch and Kristie Lynch was charged with second-degree murder. Both of them were arrested for killing a 45-year-old man Jose Moreno using a frying pan and a baseball bat. This happened after their verbal altercation.

In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, the Norfolk Police Department responded to a home at the 700 block of Mariners Way after they received a report of a dead man. The authorities said that they found the dead body of Moreno when they arrived at the crime scene.

Virginia Couple Admitted the Crime

According to a report published in 13NewsNow, the Virginia couple admitted to the police authorities that they committed the crime. They said that the incident happened after their verbal altercation with Moreno but they did not say anything about how they actually knew the victim.

It was found during the investigation that they hit Moreno using a frying pan and a baseball bat in the knees and head. Moreover, they also put a dog leash around the neck of Moreno which caused severe injuries. The couple previously has been charged with assault.
