Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office announced on Friday that a 63-year-old Maryland man got his sentence for sexually abusing his 8-year-old stepdaughter.
63-Year-Old Man Got His Sentenced for Sexually Abusing an 8-Year-Old Girl
A judge released an order of life imprisonment and 25 years in prison against a 63-year-old Maryland man identified as Quinton Perry who sexually abused his 8-year-old stepdaughter. Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office said, “The judge told Mr. Perry that he had not only taken away the victim’s childhood but affected her for the rest of her life.
In a published article in FOX News, the sexual abuse began in 2011 when the victim was still 8 years old. It her 4 years before the child reported the sexual abuse. In 2018, the victim, whose identity was not revealed because of her age, testified during the trial and at that time she was already 18 years old.

Assistant State’s Attorney Ellen Opdyke Released a Statement
In a published article in PATCH, Assistant State’s Attorney Ellen Opdyke said, “He was like a stick of dynamite. He came in and exploded this family. He physically abused the mother and committed the ultimate betrayal that an adult can against this child.”
It was also found that he even abused the other siblings of the 8-year-old child and physically abused their mother. The child also shared to the Child Advocacy Center in 2019 that the 63-year-old Maryland man touched her private parts and forced her to perform sex acts.
