In a devastating turn of events, a driver has died more than a week after being involved in a three-vehicle crash in the south Las Vegas valley. The incident took place on January 24, 2025, at around 4 p.m. near Bermuda Road and Volunteer Boulevard, prompting a swift response from the Henderson Police and Fire Departments.
According to police, the driver of a Buick Cascada attempted to make a left turn onto Bermuda Road but failed to yield the right of way, colliding with a white Chevrolet Corvette heading west on Volunteer Boulevard. The impact sent both vehicles spinning, with the Chevrolet also striking the front bumper of a red Honda Civic.
Emergency responders rushed the drivers of both the Buick and Chevrolet to a nearby hospital, while the driver of the Honda was unharmed. Tragically, on Tuesday, February 4, the Clark County Coroner’s Office confirmed that the driver of the Chevrolet succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
