The Washington Police Department has identified 16-year-old Quamir Razor as the prime suspect in the fatal shooting of Sha’Mari Parker. The incident occurred on January 7th in Washington, and law enforcement officials are actively seeking Razor’s whereabouts.

Razor is described as approximately 5’9” tall and weighing 130 pounds. Police are urging anyone with knowledge of his location to come forward and assist with the investigation.
