[ad_1]

A disturbing incident unfolded Friday night at the Brewery Creek apartments on East Fourth Street, where a man suffered a stab wound to the chest. Duluth Police responded to an assault report just after 7 p.m. and found the victim injured but in stable condition.

Authorities quickly transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he received treatment for his non-life-threatening injury. However, in a shocking twist, police confirmed that the wounded individual was placed on an arrest hold due to domestic-related charges.

Details surrounding the altercation remain unclear, but officials have assured that the case is under active investigation. Law enforcement has not yet released the identities of those involved or disclosed any potential motive behind the stabbing.

Residents of the Brewery Creek apartments expressed concerns over the violence, with some calling for enhanced security in the area. “It’s unsettling to hear about something like this happening so close to home,” one neighbor said.

As authorities continue their investigation, they urge anyone with information to come forward. More details are expected to emerge in the coming days.
