Three Women Injured in LAPD Chase Crash

A police pursuit in Exposition Park, Los Angeles, ended in a collision that injured three women on Saturday evening. The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Authorities stated that officers were pursuing a driver they suspected of being under the influence when the crash happened. During the chase, a police vehicle collided with another vehicle, resulting in injuries to three women. Following the accident, all three women were reported to be conscious and breathing. Emergency responders transported them to a hospital for medical evaluation and treatment.

As of now, there is no confirmed information on whether the police officers involved in the crash sustained any injuries. Officials have not clarified whether the injured women were suspects in the pursuit or bystanders who were inadvertently caught in the collision.
