A woman in Pennsylvania who killed and dismembered her parents using a chainsaw will not face the death penalty, according to the prosecutors.

A woman in Pennsylvania identified as Verity Beck was arrested after she killed and dismembered the body of her parents using a chainsaw. The brutal incident happened sometime in January this year after the police authorities a welfare check.
In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, Abington Township Police officers responded to the home at 1100 block of Beverly Road after they received a call that they have not heard or seen their relatives for over a week. They immediately conducted a welfare check on the home.
When the officers arrived, they found the Pennsylvania woman and one of the victims wrapped in a white bed sheet. Additionally, they also found the deceased body of the second victim. Authorities identified the victims as those of a 73-year-old male and a 72-year-old female.

Pennsylvania Woman Will Not Face the Death Penalty
According to a published article in Associated Press, the prosecutors said that the Pennsylvania woman will not face the death penalty sentence because the required legal factors are not present in the case. She was charged with two counts each of first-degree murder, third-degree murder, abuse of a corpse, and possessing an instrument of crime.
