A New York man brutally beat, choked, and urinated on an unconscious man in front of the house they shared. The suspect is identified as Felix Martinez, 46 years old, while the victim is identified as Richard Shields, 56 years old, who died 5 days after the attack.
In a published article in FOX News, investigators said that Martinez confronted Shields on August 4 in front of the house they shared Jarvin Road in Port Jefferson Station. A surveillance video footage that the investigators obtained from the neighbors revealed how Martinez brutally attacked the victim.
It was found that Shields was just sitting in a chair in front of the house when Martinez confronted him. The suspect punched, choked, and stomped on the victim before hitting Shields on the head with a mop bucket over the next 15 minutes.
